Pressure transducer P1AP

Overview

Digital pressure transducer PATROL (P1AP) is a telementry-enabled, battery powered pressure sensor, which is primarily used to measure pressure in distribution pipes of gasses or liquids and sending this measured data over the air into centralized measurement systems such as SCADA.

Wireless communication of te transducer is provided utilizing one of the LoRaWAN, Sigfox, Bluetooth or ZigBee (XBee / 805.15.4) technology using various RF frequency spectrums.

Detailed description

Application

Vo všeobecnosti je tlakový prevodník typu P1AP určený na meranie absolútneho tlaku, podtlaku, pretlaku alebo výšky hladiny meraného média, ktoré nereaguje s nehrdzavejúcou oceľou DIN 1.4301, resp. AISI 304, resp. X5CrNi18 10 z ktorej je vyrobené púzdro prevodníka. Meraný tlak je v prevodníku prevedený na digitálnu formu, matematicky upravený a sériovou linkou odoslaný do prenosového systému SENTRY. Konštrukcia prevodníku a možnosť zvýšeného IP krytia, umožňuje jeho požitie aj pri sťažených poveternostných podmienkach.

V pamäti prevodníku sa uchovávajú aj všetky požiadavky na meracie miesto, názov meracieho miesta, frekvenciu merania a prenosu, prípadne iné identifikačné parametre, čo umožňuje so snímačom použitie ľubovoľnej prenosovej jednotky typu SENTRY.

Mechanical information

Prevodník je umiestnený v robustnom kovovom obale z nehrdzavejúcej ocele. Do meraného systému sa pripája pomocou procesného pripojenia. Ku komunikačnému systému SENTRY sa pripája pomocou klúčovaného konektoru s pripojovacou maticou z ktorého je aj napájaný. Plastové púzdro prevodníka je vyrobené z plastu typu ASA - upravený plast typu ABS z odolnostou voci UV ziareniu.

Software

Ordering

Order shall contain the following information:

  • Date and internal number of the order
  • Name and address (including VAT number where appropriate)
  • Order number assembled from order tables including number of units and requested delivery date
  • Type of delivery
  • Optional extras to include (for example high pressure shock damping filter)

Packaging

Sensors are approprietly packed individually into padded cartons.

The packaging includes all information required for proper use and servicing of the equipment.

Installation

The manometer is screwed on to the measurement place with appropriate spanner (24mm). The inner thread on the measurement place and manometer must match! Tightness of the connection is ensured by appropriate gasket – not part of the delivery. The body of the manometer must not be used for tightening of the manometer to the measured place. Always use spanner and dedicated clamp nut.
